What is Ohayo Korea?
We’re a Korea-based proxy shopping and forwarding service. We help you buy, store, and ship Korean items — even if the store doesn't ship internationally or accept your payment method.
Where is your warehouse located?
We're based in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. The full address is provided once you register for our service.
Do you only help with K-pop merch?
No! While many of our customers are K-pop fans, we also assist with fashion, cosmetics, home goods, books, snacks, stationery, and more.
KOREAN WAREHOUSE SERVICE
How do I start using the warehouse service?
Message us on WhatsApp with your name, country, and a quick description of what you'll be ordering. We'll send you your own Korean address and instructions.
Can I combine multiple packages into one?
Yes! We offer consolidation services to help reduce your international shipping costs.
How long can you store my packages?
We offer free storage for a certain period. If you need longer storage, just let us know — fees may apply after a set time.
What is the difference between online and offline proxy purchase?
  • Online proxy: We buy items from Korean websites on your behalf.
  • Offline proxy: We go to physical pop-up stores or events in Korea to buy in-person exclusive items.
PROXY PURCHASE (ONLINE & OFFLINE)
How do I request a proxy purchase?
Send us the product link, quantity, and any specific details. We’ll confirm cost and availability before you pay.
Can you guarantee sold-out or limited items?
We'll try our best, but we can’t guarantee these items due to high demand and fast sellouts. The earlier you provide details, the better!
How much do offline proxy services cost?
Pricing varies based on event complexity and quantity of items. We’ll inform you on a case-by-case basis.
FANSIGN APPLICATION
What’s included in the fansign application service?
We apply on your behalf, order the albums, and submit all necessary info. If you win, we help you prepare and also assist with translations if needed.
What is the fansign proxy service?
If you can’t attend the event, our team can go in your place. We’ll collect signatures, relay your messages, and take photos (using a phone camera).
Can I get only the pre-order benefits or inclusions?
Yes! If you don’t need the albums, we offer an unsealing service and can ship only your desired items.
BANK TRANSFER SERVICE
Can you help me pay a Korean seller or deposit?
Yes! We offer a bank transfer service. Send us the amount and seller details. Once we receive your payment via Wise, we’ll complete the transfer.
What if the seller scams me?
We are not responsible for scams. Please research the seller well. We’ll help report issues but cannot guarantee refunds.
SHIPPING & PROOF
Do you send proof of item arrivals?
Yes! We always send free arrival photos and do basic quality checks for damage or missing parts.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We use EMS, DHL, Korea Post, and more. Let us know your preference and we’ll help you choose the best option.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Ohayo Korea. By accessing, using, or transacting through our services, including but not limited to warehouse storage, proxy shopping, fansign applications, bank transfers, and shipping, you (the “Client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms serve as a legally binding agreement between you and Ohayo Korea (hereafter “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read this document thoroughly before using any of our services. Continued use of our services implies full understanding and acceptance of all terms listed herein.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

Ohayo Korea provides the following services:‍
  • Korean warehouse address usage and storage
  • Proxy shopping (online & offline)
  • Fansign application and fansign proxy attendance
  • Package consolidation and international shipping
  • Bank transfer facilitation within Korea
  • Basic inspection and photo proof services
These services are available for both individual and bulk order clients, including resellers, group order managers, and fans of Korean entertainment and consumer goods.

2. WAREHOUSE USAGE AND PACKAGE STORAGE

2.1 Address Use & Acceptance

Clients who request warehouse service will be issued a Korean address for shopping purposes. This address is for personal or business order use only and must not be misrepresented or used for unauthorized activities.

2.2 Package Handling
  • We receive packages and perform basic visible inspection only, including checking for visible damage, missing parts, and proper labeling.
  • We are not responsible for internal or hidden damages caused by the seller or manufacturer, including but not limited to: defective items, manufacturing errors, expired goods, or counterfeit products.
  • We will notify you upon item arrival and provide free arrival photos.
2.3 Free Storage Policy
  • Clients receive 30 days of free storage from the date of package arrival.
  • After 30 days, storage fees will apply and are billed per item per day. Unpaid storage fees may result in a delay in shipment or repacking services.
  • Unclaimed items left in our warehouse for over 90 days without communication may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of or resell these items without refund.
3. PROXY SHOPPING SERVICE

3.1 Online Proxy
  • You must submit a complete and accurate purchase request, including item link, options, quantity, and timing (especially for limited items).
  • Once the total cost is confirmed and full payment is received, we will proceed with the purchase.
  • We do not guarantee the success of securing fast-selling, limited-edition, or exclusive items. No refunds will be given for unsuccessful attempts where we tried in good faith.
3.2 Offline Proxy
  • We offer proxy services for pop-up shops, exclusive events, and store-limited drops.
  • Clients must provide all relevant event details in advance, including reservation instructions if applicable.
  • Pop-ups may sell out quickly and time slots are not guaranteed. We will attend based on availability and best effort.
  • Offline proxy pricing is determined case-by-case based on item count, event difficulty, travel time, and complexity. Once accepted and confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be provided.
4. FANSIGN APPLICATION & ATTENDANCE

4.1 Application Process
  • We apply to fansign events on your behalf using your personal details and complete the necessary purchases.
  • Clients must submit accurate information (e.g., name, ID, contact details) and specify the number of albums to buy.
  • We do not guarantee winning, even with multiple album purchases. Entry is based on random draw or sales rank, depending on the organizer.
4.2 If You Win
  • We will notify you immediately and guide you through next steps.
  • If applicable, we will help you prepare questions or special requests and assist with basic Korean translation.
4.3 Fansign Proxy (Attendance on Your Behalf)
  • If you cannot attend in person, we may offer fansign proxy service. This includes signing albums, asking your questions, and providing photos (via phone camera only).
  • Our team will do their best to communicate your requests clearly but cannot guarantee how the idol or staff will respond.
  • All fansign outcomes are final. Refunds will not be granted based on signature style, member interactions, or photo clarity.
5. BANK TRANSFER SERVICE (FOR KOREAN SELLERS)
  • We offer a Korean domestic bank transfer service on your behalf.
  • You must provide the full recipient name, account details, and exact amount to be paid.
  • We require prepayment via Wise before initiating the transaction.
  • We are not liable for scams, fraud, or non-delivery by the seller you choose. You are responsible for researching the credibility of any seller. Once a transfer is made, no refunds are possible.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
  • We offer international shipping via trusted carriers including EMS, DHL, Korea Post, and others.
  • Clients are responsible for choosing their preferred shipping method and confirming address details.
  • Shipping fees must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
  • Once a package is handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or customs issues during transit.
  • Clients are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions in their country. Undervaluing may be requested but is at your own risk.
7. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, & CHANGES
  • All payments are final and non-refundable once services have started.
  • Refunds may be issued only if we cannot proceed due to an error on our side (e.g., missed purchase after payment with no attempt made).
  • Change requests (e.g., different shipping methods, changing item options) must be made before service begins and are not guaranteed once processing has started.
8. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER
  • We operate in good faith to provide accurate, timely, and transparent services. However, we are not responsible for:

    - Seller or manufacturer errors

    - Delayed fansign results or shipments

    - Courier mishandling or customs delays

    - Inaccurate customer information provided
  • Ohayo Korea reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who engages in abusive behavior, chargebacks, or attempts to scam or harass our team.
9. PRIVACY POLICY

We collect only the necessary personal information required to fulfill orders, provide service updates, and communicate effectively. Your data will never be shared with third parties outside of our logistics or payment processing partners.

10. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By using any Ohayo Korea service, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please refrain from using our services.
